1. Local Delivery (Preferred Option)

Our first preference is local delivery within a 20 mile radius. Customers in the Greenville, SC area can pick up or have delivered their orders at no additional cost.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3- 5 business days after payment is received.

Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be noted in the product description.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates

If local pickup is not possible, we ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, chosen shipping method, and package weight/size.

We currently ship domestic only, US & Canada.
